Where Corica started
Corica already had systems in place. The question was whether they still fit today's business environment, and whether they could be simplified so the team could work smarter instead of harder.

- 3Combined wholesale and retail. The team sees all wholesale and retail orders in one place and prepares them for collection far more efficiently.
- 4Streamlined production and picking. Every order flows into one production and picking process.
- 5Set clear times. We put order cut-offs, ready times and pick-up times in place, so customers always know when to collect.
- 6Automated emailed purchase orders. When a wholesale customer emails a purchase order, the team drops it straight into SupplyWise and the invoice is generated automatically.
